The traditional ruler of Umuoba Anam in Anambra East Local Government Area, Igwe George Ekwealor has appealed to Ndi Anambra to keep supporting the Anambra state government in its efforts to make the State livable, secured and prosperous homeland.
Igwe Ekwealor made the appeal in his palace at Umuoba Anam, commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his numerous developmental strides across the state and noted that the Governor needs to be supported to continue his good works in the state.
Igwe Ekwealor also called on the relevant stakeholders to join hands with the Anambra state government to ensure that the State remains secured, as according to him, no meaningful development can take place in an unsecured environment.
Advised youths of the state to key into the Governor’s one youth two skills entrepreneurship programme which is geared towards making them self reliant and productive.
On the anticipated 2023 flood, Igwe Ekwealor called for all hands to be on deck towards checkmating the ugly menace which he said has caused the people untold hardship for more than a decade.
